COMMON GROUND
Due to the increasing costs of water and the ongoing breakage of automatic irrigation systems, no new systems will be allowed. As systems break, the plot will need ot be converted to hand watering only.
Proper use of mulching will go a long way in maintaining the moisture content of your soil. If you have any questions, please contact the steering committee, or ask a neighboring gardener how they did it if their plot looks good.
